To join, you must represent a Telecom Council of Silicon Valley member company as a decision-maker in a business, marketing or operational capacity. Membership criteria depends on the size of your company, approximately as follows:

1. C-level representative from small firms,
2. EVP-level representative from medium-sized firms,
3. VP-level representative from large firms.
4. No sales executives
